Where Do Celebrities Stay in Vegas?

Seeing celebrities is one of the thrills of visiting Vegas. They often come to our city to film movies, gamble, or take in a show. Some of the biggest names in entertainment also make Vegas their home, perhaps because they are performing here for an extended period of time.

But where do celebrities stay? And will you be able to see one if you are out and about during the evening?

Celebrities Value Safety

According to online reports, celebrities are the most likely to stay at the following hotels:

  • The Palazzo
  • MGM Grand
  • Palms Casino Resort
  • Hard Rock Hotel
  • The Mirage

These hotels are not only known for their amenities, but they are very safe. Stars can avoid the mobs and enjoy themselves, often partying well into the early morning hours. If you want to see a celebrity, then you might want to book a room at one of these hotels or at least stroll on by when they might be coming or going.

Which Celebrities Are Known to Visit Vegas?

Anyone famous could jet in for a night. But some celebrities spend a lot of time in the city, either because they are performing here or because they have a residence. Some of our more famous guests include:

  • Andre Agassi
  • Celine Dion
  • Floyd Mayweather
  • Mike Tyson
  • Joe Jackson
  • Carlos Santana

Las Vegas is also quickly becoming famous for our sports teams. The Las Vegas Knights are the most recent expansion team in the National Hockey league. The Oakland Raiders also recently moved to Las Vegas, which is a big boost for the city. If you are a sports fan, you should be able to see your favorite athletes stopping in town—or even living here.

Enjoying a Weekend Like a Celebrity

Living Like a Celebrity in Las Vegas
If you want to enjoy Las Vegas like a famous singer or athlete, then we recommend staying at one of the hotels mentioned above. People want to feel safe enough in Vegas at night, so look for a well-known hotel on the Strip. It might be packed, but there is a palpable police presence there, especially in the evening. The Strip would be bankrupt without its millions of visitors, and a high crime rate would be detrimental to the city’s image, so there are ample police out.
You should also try to avoid crashes, which can be hard given the number of people out on the road, especially on the Strip. If you are visiting a casino, you can ideally take a shuttle or ride The Deuce. Monorails also run between some of the casinos, which are a safe and cheap way of getting up and down.

However, if you are intent on driving, then remember to follow all traffic safety rules and be prepared for someone to rush into the street at any given moment. Traffic can come to a standstill, but that might be just as well since it can reduce the odds of a wreck.
